How to make a payment
Once you've submitted your order, you will receive an email with a payment request. You will then have 48 hours to make your payment via bank transfer before the quote expires. If you make a payment after this time, we will refund you the full amount and provide you with a new quote.
Will you email me my invoice?
Yes, your invoice will be sent to the email address listed in your account and the invoice email address provided. If you don't receive it, please try checking your junk folder or contact us.
You can also download a copy of your invoice by logging into your account, selecting your order and clicking ‘download invoice'.
