How to Submit Your Brief for a Print-Ready Service

Updated yesterday

Whether you're converting an AI-generated logo or adapting your packaging to a new format, each Print-Ready service form is designed to be fast and intuitive.

Here’s what to expect, what to prepare, and how to make sure your design gets done right first time.

What you'll need to get started

Before filling in your brief, make sure you have:

  • Your original design file (AI-generated or Canva file, PNG, etc.)

  • Any brand colour references (HEX, CMYK, or Pantone)

  • Dieline (if applicable), dimensions or packaging type info

  • Any updated content (e.g. new barcode, ingredient list, variant name)

Optional but helpful:

  • Reference images of your packaging

  • Existing barcodes or nutritional label copy

  • Notes about usage or placement (e.g. “dark-on-light version only”)

How to fill out the brief

Each service has a tailored form, but here’s what most include:

1. Upload your file(s)

Upload the logo, label, packaging or artwork you'd like us to fix, adapt or finish.

2. Tell us what it's for

You’ll be asked things like:

  • Web or print usage

  • Label or packaging dimensions

  • Front, back, or side placement (for barcodes, ingredients, etc.)

3. Share brand colour guidance (optional)

We can match colours based on:

  • HEX, CMYK or Pantone values

  • Reference files or screenshots

  • Toggle the “Colour codes” or “Upload reference” options to add this info.

4. Add variant or product-specific info (where relevant)

This includes:

  • New flavour/scent names

  • Ingredient updates

  • Net weight or GTIN changes

  • Preferred packaging format (e.g. "Standing pouch with zip lock")

5. Add any other notes

Use the final field to clarify anything we should know, this could be things like:

  • “Use icon only for QR version”

  • “Keep layout the same, just update colours”

  • “Printer needs bleed and cut marks shown”

What Happens Next

Once you submit your brief and complete payment:

  1. We’ll review your brief and flag anything that’s missing.

  2. Our designers get to work - you’ll receive your first version in 24 or 48 hours depending on the service.

  3. You can request one free revision if needed.

  4. Final files delivered: PDF/X-1a, .AI, .SVG and/or PNG, depending on the service.

You’ll get a confirmation email with timelines and a contact for support.

Tips for a Smooth Process

  • If in doubt, include more detail, not less.

  • Don’t worry if you don’t know exact specs. Just say so in the notes, we’ll guide you.

  • All fields marked "optional" help us do a better job, faster.
