How to unsubscribe (downgrade) account

Downgrade or cancelling account subscription

Step guide for cancelling subscription that we can use:

  1. Go to the Subscription Page

    Visit the Riverflow Subscription Page here: https://www.riverflow.ai/app/subscription

  2. Log In (if needed)
    If you're not already logged in, click “Login or Sign up” in the top right corner and log into your account.

  3. Choose Your New Plan
    On the Subscription page, you’ll see the available subscription options:

    • If you're currently on the Starter plan, you can downgrade to the Free plan by clicking the "Cancel Subscription".

    • If you're currently on the Growth plan, you can downgrade to either the Starter or Free plan by clicking the respective option.

    • If you're currently on the Scale plan, you can downgrade to either the Growth, Starter or Free plan by clicking the respective option.

  4. Confirm the Downgrade
    A popup will appear—click “Confirm Downgrade” to proceed.

  5. Access Until End of Billing Period

    Your downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

    Until then, you’ll continue to have access to your current features and credits.

  6. Change Your Mind?
    If you decide to keep your current subscription, just click the banner above the subscription options that says “Keep current subscription”.

Q: How can I permanently delete my account and all associated brand assets?

A: If you would like to permanently delete your Riverflow account and all associated brand assets, please contact our Support team through the Support (Live Chat) section in the side navigation bar.


As your request is submitted, our Client Service team will review and process it as soon as a team member is available online.

What happens after I submit a deletion request?

  1. Request Confirmation
    Our team will first confirm the account and brand details associated with the deletion request to ensure security and accuracy.

  2. Verification & Follow-Up
    A member of our team may contact you to:

    • Verify account ownership

    • Confirm the brands/assets to be deleted

    • Better understand your reason for leaving and explore possible alternatives or support options

  3. Processing Time
    Once confirmed, the permanent deletion request will be processed by our team.
    Please allow a few working days for the deletion to be fully completed.

  4. Permanent Removal
    After deletion is completed:

    • Your account access will be permanently removed

    • All associated brand assets, scenes, and Brand DNA data will be deleted

    • Deleted data cannot be recovered at a later date

Before requesting deletion

  • Email Notifications Only
    If you simply wish to stop receiving emails from Riverflow or Sourceful, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list without deleting your account.
