Why does the text on my generated packaging image look like a foreign language or gibberish?
What you’re seeing isn’t actually a real language. It’s placeholder text generated by the AI. Due to current model limitations, small-print details and fine typography often come out looking like random or broken characters.
Once you’re happy with the overall design concept (ignoring the small text), you can use our Print-Ready service to have your design professionally refined. We’ll replace all placeholder text with real, editable content and convert it into a Canva or Adobe Illustrator file — ready for production.

Can I change my login method from email address to username and password so another team member can use my account?
Our platform uses email-based authentication instead of traditional username/password logins. This method enhances account security and simplifies access recovery if needed.

Why can't I find the extractor tool in my navigation bar?
Currently, the extractor tool is only available for designers. This is because the extracted files are not yet finalised for print and still require further editing, so they aren’t intended for use by brand owners or end users.
If you’d like to turn your AI-generated design into a 2D vector artwork file, we recommend using our Print-Ready service. With this service, your design will be professionally refined and converted — we’ll replace all placeholder text with real, editable content and deliver it as a Canva or Adobe Illustrator file, fully ready for production.

Where are my previous generations, why can't I find the generation from the Sourceful website?
Sourceful recently made a change to the user interface to make the experience smoother and easier to use. All your previous generations can now be found in the “Images” area under the “Projects” section.
To generate a new design, simply click “Create” or the “➕” icon in your navigation bar.
What is the final (upscaled) exported resolution when using the edit tool?
It's either 1408 x4 or 1024 x 4, depending on whether you used a logo.
