How will my order be delivered?
Depending on your order quantity we will use a parcel, pallet, or freight carrier to make the final delivery. For live price products in our Shop, you'll be able to select your delivery option at checkout. If you have specific delivery requirements, speak with our team to receive a quote. We use a variety of carriers to make deliveries based on the packaging size, destination, and any special requirements.
What are the delivery methods?
We offer economy, express and split delivery.
Economy
If made outside of the UK, your order will be shipped by sea freight. This is the most cost-effective and the most sustainable option but lead times can be significantly longer than Express. We always recommend sea freight unless you need an order urgently.
Express
Your order will be shipped by road freight or air freight. Express delivery is the fastest option, making it the best choice for urgent needs, but is much more expensive and less sustainable than Economy.
Split delivery
Split delivery allows you to split a single order and send it via both air freight and sea freight. This means you can benefit from air freight’s shorter lead times whilst balancing costs and your carbon footprint. With split delivery, you can choose how many units you want to send by air freight versus sea freight.
Will I receive delivery notifications when my order is dispatched?
Yes, you'll receive an email once it's been dispatched. This will include an estimated delivery date and a tracking number for you to track your order.
How do I request a proof of delivery?
Our team can provide you with this, please email [email protected].
What time of day is my order delivered?
If receiving a parcel, your order will be delivered from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 20:00. For pallet and freight, these are delivered from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 (standard business hours).
Who do I contact to change the delivery details? How long do I have to do that?
Please email [email protected] with any changes. As long as the order has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to change the delivery address. If there are any additional delivery costs due to the change of address, we will confirm this with you ahead of time.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
For parcel deliveries, we use Royal Mail and Hermes. And for pallet and freight deliveries, we use Palletways, PalletOnline and Kuhne and Nagel.
